Mark has been with Nuseed since April 2015 as the Global Downstream Trait Leader. Mark will continue to lead the Downstream Traits commercial strategy for the Nuseed Global Business while moving into the NAFTA Business leadership role. As the General Manager , Mark will lead the growth strategies for Canada , USA and Mexico.
Alison started her career in agriculture as a sales agronomist in north central South Dakota working mainly with corn, soybeans, wheat, and sunflower. Her passion to help improve yield, oil content, disease tolerance, and lodging in sunflower led her to study for her Master’s degree at North Dakota State University while working in the USDA sunflower breeding program. She is responsible for leading the development of the oilseed pipeline to serve markets across the globe.
Canada Business Manager
Since 2001 Fred is fully responsible to the Canada Nuseed Sales Team providing strategic management through all facets of the business. Including product support, product management, market development, agronomic support, and more. The primary geography is Manitoba, where Nuseed commands over 90% of the confection sunflower market. Fred thrives on being in the field with the end customer, listening to their challenges and needs.
Dee Dee has been with Nuseed for over 19 years as an Administrative Assistant, supporting the accounting, sales, shipping, and marketing departments. Now, in her role as Marketing Coordinator, Dee Dee implements Nuseed’s communication plan, ensuring that customers see and understand Nuseed’s ambition to be the leading sunflower seed company in the US.
