“I’m born and raised in the ag industry from a cattle farming background and my passion has grown to include broadacre cropping and the wider industry. What I enjoy most about working in ag is the passionate, innovative and adaptable people I encounter in this dynamic industry. I’m excited to join Nuseed as they’re an innovative company that’s nurturing their current business while they’re developing new opportunities, and I’m looking forward to being involved in bringing some new technologies to the market that will help the ag community. When I’m not working I like to have fun and adventures with my husband and two boys.”

“My passion for agriculture began on our family’s cropping and livestock farm in Coolamon, NSW. Over the past 32 years, I’ve taken great pride in helping growers and agronomists find practical, effective solutions that drive success.

Away from work, you’ll often find me on my farm in Coolamon, playing golf, volunteering at our local football and netball club, or spending quality time with family.”

“My passion for agriculture stems from early childhood while growing up on a broadacre and livestock property in South-West Victoria. The ever-evolving landscape of agriculture has kept me fascinated and engaged through various sectors, including broadacre cropping, livestock and pastures, agribusiness finance, and business management. The most enjoyable part of my role at Nuseed is the vast level of engagement between breeders, production, supply chain, advisors, retailers, and, most importantly, the farmer. Outside of work, I enjoy camping with my wife and three children, watching AFL, and pottering around on my little hobby farm”.

“I’ve chosen to build a career in ag services because food production is the foundation of our society and it’s an honest and down to earth industry. The best part of my job is travelling through diverse landscapes and meeting growers – every year is different and the industry is always changing and adapting. Nuseed’s strength is its people and our team relationships, and we have a bright future ahead. In my spare time you’ll find me on family camping adventures and tackling DIY house projects.”

“I’m dedicated to cultivating innovation and backing the farmers of Western Australia, my commitment extends to supporting their resilience and hard work towards the vital goal of food security. The reason I enjoy working in ag is because it allows me to engage with remarkable personalities across rural Australia, and I enjoy working at Nuseed because I recognise the impact our quality canola lines have on farmers. Enabling them to achieve higher yields not only contributes to agricultural success but also translates into increased income for their families. Outside of work I enjoy ‘trying’ to play golf. My swing has a unique talent for locating every sand bunker, bush and body of water on the course.”

“I chose to work in the ag industry because of my upbringing on a broadacre farm. Being part of that environment instilled in me a deep appreciation and passion for the ag industry. It’s a constantly evolving industry that adapts to new technologies, techniques and global demands. The best part about my job is being able to observe how our canola varieties perform in real-life farming situations. Working with growers and their advisors allows me to see our varieties in actions and gather valuable feedback, to understand the unique needs of the growers and help them find the right product that suits their needs.”
